Returns

All EVA purchases or public purchase order purchased are regulated by the purchase order agreement. Pcard purchases are used for $5000.00 dollar purchase orders or less. All work must be completed and approved before credit card charges are made, therefore rendering no returns after card charges.

All product returns will be returnable for ten days. No open packaging or damaged goods will be returned. There will be a 20 percent restocking fee and freight will be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given after the product is returned.

Cancellations

All orders can be canceled before the product is shipped from the manufacturer. If product has been shipped and received it will be considered a complete order. If it has been shipped and refused it will be considered a returned goods order and will be charged the restocking fee of 20% and any freight charged by the shipping company.
